People Operations Specialist (Compensation)

As a People Operations Specialist, youll play a critical role in executing our Shared Services processes and programs supporting the client's Compensation Team across regions. You will be covering primarily our Global Compensation landscape including but not limited to annual programs and employee inquiries.

In your role, you will be exposed to, and have the ability to support in shaping the employee experience globally by administering thoughtful, business-critical and people-focused programs.

Experience working US time zones - 11pm to 8am Manila Time

What Youll Achieve:

• Review and audit the Workday entries ensuring accuracy.
• Support building Compensation content and administrating knowledge articles
• Provide support to Data Management regarding one time payment programs
• Support and management of the general compensation inquiries
• First line support in response to employee requests and queries on policies, processes, resources, etc. - triage, prioritize, and escalate as appropriate
• Participate in training, review and improvement of new tasks/processes transitioned to People Operations as we expand the Shared Services support globally
• Provide support for ad-hoc requests, tasks and projects as needed

Skills:

• 3+ years Proficient in Workday
• 3+ Proficient in ServiceNow or another ticketing system
• 3+ Proficient in Google and Microsoft Suite
• 3+ Experience with Compensation or Total Rewards
• Preferred experience in the employee lifecycle (onboarding, benefits, leaves, etc)
