People Operations (SAAS)-Immediate Joiner

About the Role

We are looking for a high-energy People Operations to help build strong people processes, improve employee experience, and support the companys growth journey. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with employees and business leaders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance support, and exit processes
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and people processes
• Support performance management cycles, goal setting, reviews, and feedback mechanisms
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, culture programs, and internal communications
• Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and HRMS data accurately
• Partner with Talent Acquisition and leadership teams for workforce planning and people initiatives
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal guidelines
• Assist in rolling out HR programs, SOPs, and process improvements

Required Skills & Qualifications

• MBA / PGDM in HR or related specialization from a reputed institute
• 24 years of experience in People Operations / HR Generalist / Employee Experience roles
• Strong understanding of HR fundamentals, employee lifecycle, and people processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Ability to work in a fast-growing, dynamic environment
