We are excited to expand our team of People Operations Coordinators, who are the backbone of our employee experience, ensuring things run smoothly for our employees, managers, and stakeholders globally. In this role, youll get exposure to all facets of the employee lifecycle, and help shape regional and global processes that allow Snowflake to scale with success. As a People Operations Coordinator at Snowflake, you will:

  • Be a go-to resource for employees within your region and beyond, responding to employee inquiries via our multiple support channels (employee ticketing system, Gmail, Slack) and leveraging our internal knowledge base, employee data, and systems to deliver an unparalleled employee experience (and appropriate, accurate and timely resolutions)
  • Perform regular audits of employee data to ensure data integrity and accuracy
  • Interface across our systems, including Workday, Ashby and ServiceNow, to accurately capture employee data and details
  • Maintain and organize team documentation for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing
  • Build familiarity with key processes within the employee lifecycle and People Operations domain to further your ability to support employees and stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively within our team, and cross-functionally, to identify opportunities to improve processes and programs to enable everyone to do their best work


Our ideal People Operations Coordinator will have:

  • 1+ years of experience working within People Operations or an equivalent HR domain, such as Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or People Systems
  • Proficiency in Google Applications, including Google Spreadsheets, & experience using HR and ticketing management systems such as Workday, Ashby, and ServiceNow
  • Exposure to working with automation and AI-powered workflows
  • Meticulous attention to detail, operating with both accuracy and efficiency, taking care with sensitive or confidential data
  • A strong customer-service and solutions-oriented mindset, and motivation to positively contribute to our teams internal processes
  • An aptitude to learn new processes quickly, think critically, and identify gaps
  • Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing to global stakeholders
  • Flexibility and initiative; this role may require you to execute responsibilities outside of regular business hours.
  • The ability to be in office a minimum of 4 days a week.


This is a 6-12 month contract role.
