Job Description

Summary:

The People Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and HR operations. The role requires a strong ability to partner with business leaders, implement HR policies, and support organizational growth.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid to senior-level positions Partner with department heads on manpower planning and hiring strategies

Manage employer branding and recruitment metrics


2. Employee Relations & Engagement

Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters

Drive employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies Support a positive and inclusive workplace culture


3. Learning & Development

Support employees in identifying personal and career development goals.

Assess skill gaps across teams and individuals

Design and manage the annual training and learning calendar.


4. Performance Management & Development Manage performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development programs

Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives


5. Policy & Process Improvement Develop, review, and implement HR policies and SOPs

Improve HR processes through automation and best practices

Support organizational change and transformation initiatives


Required Skills & Competencies:

Prior experience in a similar role and particularly in L&D and performance management

Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills

Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance

Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office

High level of confidentiality and professional integrity


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Masters degree or HR certification preferred
