Job Description
Job Summary:
Were looking for a passionate and proactive People & Culture Executive/Manager to build and scale our HR function in a fast-paced startup environment. This person will help shape a high-trust culture and act as a strategic advisor to leadership as we grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and refine core people operations processes from the ground up
- Promote a people-first culture .
- Design and implement employee engagement programs, including wellness initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition events.
- Organize and support internal communications, including newsletters, town halls, and feedback channels.
- Conduct regular employee pulse surveys and assist in analyzing results to inform engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with managers and department leads to foster team cohesion and positive work relationships.
- Track and report on engagement metrics such as participation rates, satisfaction scores, and retention data.
- Champion company culture and support diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years in HR/People Ops, preferably in a startup or high-growth company
- Independent, flexible, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Passionate about culture and employee experience.
