People & Culture Intern

We are looking for a creative and energetic Engagement Specialist to plan, coordinate, and execute employee engagement initiatives within the office and through outdoor activities. The role focuses on enhancing workplace culture, boosting morale, and creating meaningful experiences that align with the agencys dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute in-office employee engagement activities such as team-building sessions, celebrations, workshops, and fun Fridays
• Organize and coordinate outdoor engagement activities, off-sites, and recreational events
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand engagement needs and employee interests
• Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendors, materials, and schedules
• Support onboarding engagement initiatives for new employees
• Gather feedback from employees and suggest improvements for future engagement programs
• Assist in maintaining engagement calendars and activity documentation
• Ensure all activities align with company culture and brand values

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in HR, Management, Communication, Event Management, or a related field
• Up to 1 year of experience in employee engagement, event coordination, HR activities, or similar roles
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Creative mindset with the ability to plan engaging activities
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment
• Willingness to participate in and coordinate outdoor activities

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience working in an advertising or creative agency
• Basic knowledge of employee engagement tools and practices
• Vendor coordination experience
