People Business Partner - Corporate Office

1.      Talent management and retention:  Partner with Stakeholders on workforce planning, lifecycle management, succession planning, and performance management.

2.      Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on complex employee relations issues, and acting as a bridge between the two.

3.      Be a Change agent: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements, and change management to Improve efficiency.

4.      Data and Analytics: Use data points to identify trends, diagnose challenges, to aid decision making.

5.      Operational Compliance: Ensuring compliance to policies and processes and timely adherence to related tasks.

6.      Projects and Initiatives: work alongside various CoE’s / Leadership to implement initiates as per people and business requirements.
