People Analytics Consultant

Role: Senior People Technical & Analytics

Note:

• We are only seeking people with Hands-on experience in API Integration.
• Should be able to join within 20-30 days.

Role Overview :

The role will serve as a strategic leader within the People function, supporting enterprise-wide people insights, digital enablement, and data-driven decision-making. This individual will play a critical role in HR transformation connecting systems, data, and advanced analytics to materially improve the employee experience and enable leadership with actionable intelligence.

Must Have:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in people analytics, workforce insights, or HR data strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, and SQL; familiarity with R and/or Python is a strong asset.
• Demonstrated passion and intellectual curiosity for leveraging data to improve the employee experience and business outcomes.
• Strong experience in data modelling, visualisation techniques, and analytical storytelling.
• Ability to distil complex analyses into simple, compelling insights for executive audiences.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and time-management capabilities, with exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Combination of creative and analytical problem-solving skills, with a continuous improvement mindset.
