Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with 11 to 13 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Pega business process management business agility and business case development. This role involves working in a hybrid model with day shifts and no travel requirements. Proficiency in English is essential.
Responsibilities
Lead the analysis and documentation of business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Oversee the development and implementation of Pega business process management solutions to enhance operational efficiency.Provide expertise in Pega business agility to ensure the organization can quickly adapt to changing market conditions.Develop comprehensive business cases to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.Conduct business process modeling to visualize and analyze current and future state processes.Implement business process frameworks to standardize and streamline operations across the organization.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for business process improvements.Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate business needs.Ensure alignment of business processes with organizational goals and objectives.Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented business process changes.Provide training and support to end-users on new business processes and systems.Work closely with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of business process solutions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in business process management.
Qualifications
Possess strong technical skills in Pega business process management business agility and business case development.Demonstrate expertise in business process modeling and framework implementation.Have experience in creating and assessing customer billing inquiries and reports.Show proficiency in authorizing customer billing invoices and adjustments.Exhibit excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.Display the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model.Have a proven track record of leading business process improvement initiatives.Be capable of collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.Show strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Possess a customer-centric mindset and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.Show proficiency in using business process management tools and software.Exhibit a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business process challenges.
