Job Summary
The PEGA BA is the role of business process consultant who is primarily responsible for elicitation of business and system requirements aligned with PEGA platform.
Responsibilities
Certified Pega BA with 8-10 years experience in Business Analysis including PEGA applications
Ability to define business requirements in business process modelling tool
Obtain clarification from the Client SME s Domain consultants on the requirements
Help ensure that the Requirements are translated to the Technical team to ensure correct design
Transfer knowledge to development team and provide guidance
Conduct Demos for the business Product Owner and incorporate feedback
Work with QA & development team during defect triaging
Provide functional direction to implementation team. Conduct functional testing during development phase
Provide application walkthrough to the training and documentation team
Conduct Sanity testing after deployments in all environments (QA UAT & Production)
Good communication skills both oral and written with the ability to pitch ideas and influence stakeholders
