Majority of projects that our teams will be working on are within the financial services, healthcare and lifesciences sectors.

Were looking for skilled Pega Developers to build, customize, and optimize high-impact ServiceNow solutions.

Essential:

• Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) certification/knowledge required.
• Proven experience (4-8 years) with enterprise-level Pega applications, including case design, data modeling, and business rule implementation.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture and ability to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical designs.
• Experience working in an Agile delivery environment.
• Solid knowledge of Pega rule-based architecture: case management, decision rules, flow rules, and declarative processing.
• Ability to implement standard system integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS).
• Bachelor's Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, IT).

Nice to have:

• Experience with Financial Services, Insurance, or Healthcare domains (e.g., KYC, claims, fraud).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines (Pega Cloud, AWS, Azure).
• Experience with test automation tools (PTAK, Selenium, Postman, JUnit) and working knowledge of SQL/APIs for validation.
• Knowledge of designing applications leveraging Constellation and adhering to Pega guardrails.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
