Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Developer with 4+ years of hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC to design, develop , and implement scalable BPM solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Pega application development, integrations , and best practices, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement end-to-end Pega applications using Pega PRPC .
• Work on Pega flows, activities, UI rules, data transforms, decision rules, and integrations .
• Participate in requirement analysis , solution design, and technical discussions.
• Develop reusable components and ensure adherence to Pega best practices and guardrails.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using SOAP/REST APIs, connectors, and services .
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Pega applications for performance and scalability.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation , including design documents and deployment guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, architects, and business analysts.
• Support production deployments, issue resolution, and postimplementation enhancements.
• Ensure compliance with coding standards, security guidelines, and project timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Pega PRPC development.
• Strong understanding of Pega architecture, case management, and rule-based development .
• Experience with Pega integrations (REST, SOAP, Connectors, Services).
• Good knowledge of Pega UI, data pages, activities, flows, and decisioning rules .
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
