PEGA CLSA (Part 1 & Part 2 Certified)

Were hiring an experienced Pega CLSA (Part 1 & Part 2 certified) to take end-to-end ownership of solution architecture, design, and technical leadership for complex enterprise implementations.

A key focus area for this position is owning solution architecture for Pega Smart Dispute implementations.

• Lead PEGA application architecture, design, and development across large programs.
• Define and enforce best practices, guardrails, and design principles.
• Partner with business/product stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable PEGA solutions.
• Own end-to-end solution architecture for Pega Smart Dispute.
• Mentor and guide Senior Developers, LSAs, and Developers; elevate delivery quality via strong technical governance.
• Perform design reviews, code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
• Drive integrations with external systems (REST/SOAP, JMS, DB, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with security, performance, and scalability standards; support production and continuous improvement.
  

• PEGA CLSA Certification Part 1 & Part 2 (mandatory).
• Strong hands-on experience in PEGA PRPC (8.x preferred).
• Proven expertise in: Case Management, Decisioning & Integrations, Performance tuning & troubleshooting, PEGA DevOps / CI-CD.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum and strong stakeholder communication.
• Notice period 030 days only (profiles beyond 30 days will not be considered).
  

• Domain experience: Banking / Financial Services / Insurance / Telecom.
• Exposure to cloud deployments (Amazon Web Services / Microsoft Azure).
