Job Title: Pega Business Architect / Product Owner

Location: Pune

Duration: Contract to Hire

We are looking for an experienced Business Architect / Product Owner with strong hands-on expertise in Pega BPM. The role focuses on requirement ownership, stakeholder management, and end-to-end delivery of BPM solutions in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive business requirements from initiation to closure
• Gather, analyze, and document requirements; convert them into clear user stories
• Manage and prioritize product backlog using Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Work closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure alignment and timely execution
• Support estimations, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies
• Collaborate with UI/UX teams to ensure effective user experience design
• Facilitate workshops and requirement discussions using tools like MIRO
• Track delivery progress and communicate status to stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as Business Architect / Product Owner / Business Analyst
• Strong hands-on experience with Pega BPM
• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO) for backlog and requirement tracking
• Excellent stakeholder communication and management skills
• Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery model
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles and exposure to UI design tools
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

• Pega Business Architect (PBA) Certification
• Exposure to automation or integration platforms
• CBAP or equivalent BA certification
