:o Pega CLSA certificationo Graduate degree in Computer Science or related fieldo 8 + years of experience in the J2EE architectureo Hands on design and development experience in Pega v8o 8 + years of overall development experience in Pega Enterprise Applicationso 6 + years of Pega design and development experience as a LSAo 4 + years of experience in any RDBMS - Oracle, SQL, DB2 

Primary Skill
  o Extensive experience in web service design and developmento Expertise with recent Pega version (Pega v8 or higher)o Managing software functional requirements throughout the SDLCo Participation in an Agile software development environmento Working with users/stakeholders and Lead Business Architect  and capture software solution needso Hands-on configuration and deployment of software solutions at the enterprise levelo Documentation of requirements, high level and low level design, user guide, code release artifactsTechnology Utilized:o JVM, Session Management, Tracer, DB trace, MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres, AWS Cloudo PRPC Work Object Relationships, Specialization techniques, Rule Resolution / Inheritance / Circumstancing, Persistence, Agents, Functions / Java API, Services, Connectors, PRPC Multi-node architecture and cachingo Apache Tomcat, Web Sphere, server deployment, configuring & troubleshooting.o REST / SOAP / XMLo Pega Platform v8 design, build and deployment, debugging, application monitoring and tuningo Pega Constellation, Cosmos UI/UXo SQL, UNIX, Oracle, Windows, Java, Shell scripting, Websphere, Middleware (MQ, DP, APIC)o Automation tools like OpenSpan and Automation Anywhere Responsibilities:o Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with application quality, coding, UI standards, guardrail scoreo Adhere to Pega systems design principles and development guardrails, and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / codingo Run sessions with business and IT teams and lead the effort in gathering and understanding requirementso Evaluate business requirements and help  and facilitate the technical aspects of the solution by providing thought-leadership across business and technical project dimensionso Ensure the business and technical architecture of the delivered solution matches customer functional requirements, and commits to Customer Successo Comfortable with System Administration and ability to carry out PRPC infrastructure installation, setup, and configurationo Performance monitoring and tuning of the Pega applicationo Liaison between Pega and Service integration teams and leads the integration design discussionso Manages the release and deployment of Pega applications across environmentso Proactively identifies and mitigates risk to projectso Participate in Agile software development sprints and sprint planning activitieso Lead agile teams and processes as necessary.o Define solution acceptance criteria and assist in software testingo Publish software release notes and maintain other product documentationo Mentor Software Development team members as neededo Lead client workshops around software products and processeso Participate in and provide support to customer success teams
