Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Pediatric Physiotherapist based in Chennai. The Pediatric Physiotherapist will assess, diagnose, and design tailored treatment plans for children with physical disabilities or developmental delays. The role involves working closely with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to create a supportive environment that fosters physical development. The physiotherapist will provide therapy sessions, ensure documentation and progress tracking, and support the development of individualized care strategies to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in pediatric physiotherapy techniques, assessment, and treatment planning
• Expertise in rehabilitation therapy, motor skill development, and therapeutic exercises
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working effectively with children, families, and a multidisciplinary team
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive, with a passion for supporting children's development
• Ability to document and monitor patient progress accurately and effectively
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy (specialization in Pediatrics preferred)
• Licensure or certification to practice as a Physiotherapist
• Previous experience in pediatric healthcare settings is an advantage
