Role Description

We are seeking an Experienced Pediatric Physiotherapist for a full-time, on-site position located in Faridabad, India. The role includes assessing and developing individualized therapy plans for children to improve their physical development. Key responsibilities include guiding gross and fine motor skill development, implementing neuro-developmental treatments, and working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team. The therapist will also engage parents as active participants in their childs progress and provide regular updates and support during the treatment journey.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Pediatric Physical Therapy, including exercises to improve gross and fine motor skills and neuro-developmental treatments
• Proficiency in analyzing developmental needs and formulating individualized therapy plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with both children and parents
• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Compassionate and patient-focused approach, with the ability to adapt techniques to each child's needs
• Relevant degree in Physiotherapy, with a focus or specialization in Pediatrics
• Prior work experience in a pediatric therapy or child development setting is preferred
