Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Policy Servicing Professional with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in MS Excel and a background in Property and Casualty Insurance is a plus. This hybrid role requires working night shifts offering a dynamic work environment to enhance your skills and contribute to our companys success.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and process policy servicing requests efficiently to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Utilize MS Excel to analyze and report data accurately supporting decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline policy servicing operations and improve workflow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all servicing activities.
  • Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high service standards.
  • Monitor policy changes and updates ensuring accurate documentation and communication.
  • Support the development of new policy servicing procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize servicing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless policy servicing and client support.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in policy servicing.
  • Assist in training new team members on policy servicing processes and tools.
  • Contribute to team meetings and discussions offering ideas for continuous improvement.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced hybrid work environment.

    • Qualifications

  • Demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel including advanced functions and data analysis.
  • Possess strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills for effective client and team interactions.
  • Show familiarity with Property and Casualty Insurance enhancing domain understanding.
  • Display ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
  • Have experience in night shifts ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
  • Bring a proactive approach to learning and applying new skills and knowledge.
