About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager Customer Inspection (PDI) to lead customer inspections and Pre-Dispatch Inspection activities in a fast-growing solar module manufacturing environment. The candidate will act as the key interface between customers, TPI agencies, and internal production/quality teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) activities.
- Coordinate Customer & Third-Party Inspections (TPI Inline & PDI).
- Conduct BORM audits, Out-of-Box audits & Container inspections.
- Prepare and share FTR, IV Curve, EL images & production reports.
- Generate DCR certificates via NISE portal.
- Ensure compliance with product certifications & quality standards.
- Circulate NC reports and follow up for MDCC issuance.
- Drive continuous improvement based on inspection feedback.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of solar module manufacturing process.
- Expertise in QC/QA of raw materials & finished goods.
- Experience in product certification & reliability testing.
- Strong leadership, communication & customer handling skills.
- Data-driven decision-making and problem-solving ability.
- Knowledge of plant audits, calibration & compliance standards.
