Additionally, for future hiring, I am looking for PD-CAD engineers who can develop flows from scratch across Synthesis, Physical Design, and Signoff domains, with the following skill set:

Strong hands-on experience with Innovus tools

Familiarity with advanced/lower-node flow development

Experience building and maintaining Make-based flows

Proficiency in Tcl, Perl, Shell, and Python

I will obtain approval from Prasanna for forward hiring once the bench is clean. We are largely positive about the AMD ODC opportunity.
