Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage a collections/claims/credit mgt portfolio maintaining strong customer relations
Contact customers with Past dues by making collections calls, sending emails etc.
Identify and resolve customer queries & disputes related to Invoices
Review & follow-up on the highly past due Invoices/ Accounts with AR Manager
Liaise with other department (Credit, Sales, Billing, Customer services) in order to resolve the invoices
Document all details in ERP
Maintain all relevant systems and tables with valid information.
Experience in working in an office environment with tight deadlines and targets
Support team priorities and initiatives and effectively manage workload
Assist Assistant Manager to prepare and submit reports to the customer as applicable
SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) creation and updating
Deliver the required data for audit purposes
Making the accounting process controls established through the internal policies (SOX (SARBANES OXLEY))
Provide support to Assistant Manager for credit control activities as required
Ensure Key Metrics are met, and service is delivered to end users as expected
Daily usage of clients tools for the assigned activities
Language Support required
Genpact Delivery Center Language
Thailand English
Good verbal and written communication Primary language as English
Minimum Qualifications
Proficient knowledge of computers, the Internet and office automation.
B. Com Graduate
Relevant years of domain experience
