Role Overview

Chate Coaching Classes is looking for highly motivated and academically strong faculty members to teach Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics to students preparing for competitive entrance examinations such as Joint Entrance Examination, National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, and MHT-CET.

The role requires strong conceptual expertise, the ability to simplify complex topics, and a passion for mentoring students to achieve top ranks in competitive exams.

Key Responsibilities

Academic Delivery

• Teach Physics / Chemistry / Mathematics for Class 1112 and repeaters.
• Deliver concept-based and exam-oriented lectures aligned with JEE / CET / NEET patterns.
• Develop strong analytical and problem-solving skills among students.

Content & Material Development

• Prepare structured lesson plans, assignments, and practice sheets.
• Contribute to study material development and question bank creation.
• Design mock tests and revision modules.

Student Mentoring

• Conduct doubt-solving sessions and one-on-one mentoring.
• Track student performance and provide personalized improvement guidance.
• Motivate students to maintain discipline and academic focus.

Academic Collaboration

• Participate in faculty meetings, result analysis, and academic planning.
• Coordinate with the academic team to improve teaching methods and course structure.
• Support parent interactions and academic feedback sessions.

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc / M.Sc / Engineering degree in Physics, Chemistry, or Mathematics (relevant subject).
• Strong command over competitive exam syllabus and question patterns.
• Excellent concept explanation and problem-solving ability.

Experience

• 23+ years experience in JEE / CET / NEET coaching preferred.
• Freshers with exceptional subject knowledge and teaching ability can also apply.
