Position Overview:
The Vice President - Projects will oversee strategic and operational projects within a broking company. The role involves managing multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals, and driving process improvements to enhance client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Strategy and Planning:
· Develop and implement a project roadmap aligned with the company's overall business objectives.
· Define project goals, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with senior leadership.
Project Management:
· Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current systems and processes.
· Design and implement solutions to improve service delivery and operational excellence.
Stakeholder Management:
· Liaise with internal departments, including sales, compliance, IT, and operations, to ensure project alignment.
· Communicate project status, challenges, and achievements to stakeholders and leadership.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
· Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations and company policies.
· Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery.
Technology and Innovation:
· Drive adoption of new technologies to enhance client experience and streamline operations.
· Collaborate with IT teams to implement digital transformation initiatives.
