Qualification: BE/ B.Tech/ M.Tech (Electronics / Electronics and Communication, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering )
Experience: 3-5 years
Skills
- 3-5 Years of experience in PCB design, Schematic Design and PCB Layout using Altium Designer.
- Good knowledge of Minimum 8 Layer PCB Layout.
Responsibilities
- Interaction with Hardware Engineer to understand the schematic Design Flow, Key constraints, and tolerances.
- Proven experience in PCB layout and schematic design.
- Strong skills in Circuit Design and Hardware Architecture
- Experience with schematic entry and PCB design using Altium Designer
- Support new part creation and component placement.
- Schematic circuit transfer into PCB Layout
- Define board stack-ups, impedance control, and layout constraints.
- Generate and review fabrication and assembly documentation (Gerber files, BOMs, pick & place files, assembly drawings).
- Creation of a printed circuit board layout with manufacturing aspects. Work closely with PCB fabricators and assembly houses to resolve any design or manufacturing issues.
- Generation of production documents for external suppliers
- Interaction with PCB vendors to get PCB manufactured is desirable.
- Ensuring quality of release of Gerbers, Bill of Material , and drawings.
