Job Description

Hiring for an experienced Payroll & Compliance Administrator to support our client's APAC Center of Excellence. This role ensures accurate, timely payroll processing, statutory compliance, and effective administration of employee benefits.


Location- Hyderabad

Mode of Work - Work from Office

Experience- Minimum 7-9 years of payroll & compliance experience

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll, including PF/ESIC/PT and statutory compliance
  • Maintain payroll accuracy, process updates for hires/exits/changes, and resolve discrepancies
  • Integrate and validate timekeeping data with payroll systems
  • Lead benefits administration, enrollment, communication, and vendor management
  • Recommend and implement perks to boost engagement and retention
  • Oversee monthly insurance/vendor billing and audits
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance; prepare payroll reports and dashboards
  • Address employee payroll queries promptly

Skills & Experience

  • Strong knowledge of payroll laws, taxation, and multi-location payroll
  • Experience with HRIS/payroll software and advanced Excel
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, organized, and proactive
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
