We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing payroll for our workforce, ensuring compliance, and supporting HR operations with efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees in compliance with statutory requirements.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, salary structures, and employee data.
• Ensure timely calculation and disbursement of salaries, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Handle statutory compliances like PF, ESI, TDS, and other payroll-related filings.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
• Generate and share payroll reports with management.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of payroll processing experience.
• Knowledge of payroll systems for small or mid-sized companies.
• Familiarity with HRMS tools (experience with Keka is an added advantage).
• Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
• Willingness to learn new payroll software and processes.
