- Location: Bangalore
- Notice Period: Immediate
Experience & Skills
- 6+ years of strong end-to-end payroll processing experience , including multiple EMEA countries .
- Hands-on expertise with HCM and CRM tools :
- Preferred: Workday (including Workday connectors such as PECI, PICOF ), ServiceNow
- Additional experience: SAP, PeopleSoft
- Exposure to SOX-compliant environments and strict payroll controls.
- Proven ability to manage complex payrolls independently , especially during peak cycles .
- Highly adaptable, with a mindset focused on continuous improvement and process evolution.
