What would you do? Lead weekly payroll cycle for all employee groups Hiring, onboarding and performance management activities of a payroll ream Coordinate, mentor, train, and develop a payroll team while creating colleague engagement and change management programs, as well as facilitate cross functional partnership meetings Lead all aspects of changes to payroll records Address and identify root causes of customer issues Analyze, identify, and recommend process improvements and system modifications to increase efficiencies Communicate regularly with customers on issues management and year-end planning Ensure compliance with government payroll legislation Implement and manage payroll accounting processes and solutions within Workday platforms.
