What would you do? Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: Process and validate payroll information Assist with the administration and processing of payroll activities Issue Records of employment Process, compile and submit Garnishments Respond in a timely manner to colleagues on payroll matters involving both written and verbal communication Process required profile changes (sick, vacation, hourly rates etc.) in compliance with Employment Standards Acts, Union Agreements, and Company Policies. In depth understanding of over 400 Union Agreements Other tasks as assigned Implement and manage payroll accounting processes and solutions within Workday platforms.

Customer Communications Customer Support Operations Adaptable and flexible Ability to perform under pressure Agility for quick learning Written and verbal communication Canadian Payroll experience is good to have Demonstrated proficiency in MS office products Must be highly motivated with an ability to manage a large volume of work and effectively while adhering to strict deadlines Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of the internal and external customers Demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential information Must be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy Ability to work flexible hours when required Team Player Payroll Planning and Distribution
Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of lower-complexity problems Your day to day interaction is with peers within Accenture before updating supervisors In this role you may have limited exposure with clients and/or Accenture management You will be given moderate level instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instructions on new assignments The decisions you make impact your own work and may impact the work of others You will be an individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
