Payroll Operations Specialist EMEA

Location: Bellandur,Bangalore, India

Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days WFO Tue, Wed, Thu)

Your Role

Own end-to-end payroll processing for multiple EMEA countries.

Drive compliance, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Manage vendors & stakeholders, handle year-end activities , and lead process improvements.

Support payroll-related projects and transformation initiatives.

What Were Looking For

Experience: 57 years in payroll operations (7 years preferred).

Country Coverage: Minimum 23 EMEA countries.

• Exception: Strong UK payroll experience + ADP Global View expertise.
• Technical Skills:
• ADP Global View Highly Preferred.
• Workday connectors (PICOF, PECI) Advantageous.
• Stability: Minimum 18 months2 years tenure in previous roles.
