Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Independently interaction with potential partner candidates to understand various aspects of their current compensation, as well as to explain their proposed offer to them
- Creation of Offer Sheets for potential candidates
- Discussing proposed offer with the Leader
- Maintaining database with relevant information of all aspects of Partner candidates.
- Providing necessary compensation related data to Compensation & Benefits Team and assist them with relevant information on a regular basis.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge of basic accounting and taxation concepts is essential w.r.t. partner compensation structure
- Hands-on with stock valuations (ESOP, RSU valuation) and build Discounted Cash Flow models
- Excellent command over MS Excel
- Able to work extensively with MS PowerPoint presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal coordination skills
- A self-starter and should be diligent, proactive and timely in completion of tasks
- Should have good analytical skills
- Knowledge of basic accounts and partner compensation structure is essential
