Position: Manager – Finance
Location: Bangalore
Experiences: 10-14 Years of experiences in Payroll Management
Role & Responsibilities:
- Review of the monthly payroll cycle which includes input and output validation, ensuring statutory compliance.
- Ensuring completion of Payroll accounting and Reconciliation.
- Co-ordinating with Bank for Staff Salary account remittances and related activities.
- Verification/payment of Statutory Payments (i.e., TDS, Professional Tax, Provident Fund, Labour Welfare Fund)
- Managing Investment proof submission and Annual Payroll closure activities, Issuance of Form 16 (Present/Exit Employees).
- Payment of Gratuity & Reco with Gratuity Trust Bank A/c
- Managing Provident fund withdrawals, transfers of new joiners
- Review of Quarterly / Annual Withholding Tax Returns.
- Preparation monthly Payroll MIS reports and assist with month-end closing reports.
- Managing internal and external audits related to payroll.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s / Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing across all levels within the organization.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and strong service focus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Collaborative and solution-oriented approach
