Position: Payroll Executive

Experience: 12 Years

CTC: Up to 3,00,000 per annum

Location: Mumbai

Department: HR

Reporting To: Payroll Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure statutory compliance. Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll Processing

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
• Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, and deductions
• Generate payslips and maintain payroll records
• Ensure compliance with company policies

Statutory Compliance

• Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and LWF calculations & filings
• Coordinate with consultants for statutory returns
• Ensure timely submission of challans and reports

Employee Support

• Resolve payroll queries and discrepancies
• Maintain confidentiality of salary data
• Assist in Full & Final settlements

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare payroll MIS reports for management
• Maintain salary structure records
• Support audits with payroll data

Required Skills

• Knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, LWF compliance
• Experience with GreytHR / Zoho Payroll / SAP / HRMS tools
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
• High accuracy and attention to detail
• Good communication & problem-solving skills

Qualification

Bachelors degree in Commerce, HR, Finance, or related field

Preferred Profile

• Experience handling payroll for 50300 employees
• Ability to meet deadlines & maintain confidentiality
• Immediate joiners strongly preferred

Salary & Benefits
