Role Objective

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Executive to join our HR department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end salary processing, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and maintaining high accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities

• Salary Processing: Manage and execute the end-to-end monthly payroll process for employees.
• Statutory Compliance: Apply sound knowledge of ESI (Employee State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund) to ensure all legal deductions and filings are handled correctly.
• Data Management: Use advanced Excel skills to manage employee attendance, leave records, and payroll sheets.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of payroll transactions and employee files.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduation in any stream.
• Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience specifically in Salary Processing.
• Technical Skills: Very good knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.).
• Domain Knowledge: Sound understanding of ESI and PF regulations.
• Preference: Male candidates are preferred for this role.
