Job Brief

We are currently hiring a Payroll Executive to join our Human Resources team. This

role requires strong attention to detail, a deep understanding of payroll systems, and

the ability to handle confidential data with integrity.

Experience - 0 to 5 Years

Qualification - Graduate

Notice - Immediate or 15 days

Main Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will include:

Assisting with end-to-end payroll processing and administration

Calculating and verifying employee salaries, benefits, and deductions in

accordance with company policies, employment contracts,

Ensuring timely and accurate data entry of payroll information, including employee

details, timesheets, and attendance records, to maintain precise payroll records

Responding promptly to employee inquiries and concerns regarding their payroll

Participating in process improvement initiatives

Collaborating closely with the HR teams to exchange relevant payroll information

and resolve payroll-related issues

Staying updated with the latest payroll regulations, tax laws, and labour standards

Key Requirements

You hold a Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field

You have practical experience in payroll processing.

You possess excellent attention to detail for accurate payroll management and

support

You are well-versed in payroll laws.

You are proficient in using payroll software and tools to process payroll efficiently,

generate reports, and manage records You have experience maintaining

confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive data

You have strong problem-solving skills
