About the Role:
As a Payroll Coordinator, you will use your extensive payroll knowledge and advanced skills to solve complex payroll challenges. You will lead the payroll execution team and ensure all payroll activities are compliant and efficient. Your role contributes significantly to the mitigation of payroll risks and optimization of payroll processes.

Responsibilities:
• Lead complex payroll processing cycles for APAC region
• Develop and implement payroll policies and procedures.
• Conduct payroll system enhancements and maintenance.
• Oversee compliance with tax regulations and filings.
• Resolve advanced payroll discrepancies and issues.
• Generate and analyze detailed payroll reports.
• Train and mentor junior payroll associates.
• Coordinate multi-departmental payroll activities.
• Support financial audits with payroll data.
• Develop strategies for payroll process improvements.
