Roles and Responsibilities
- PF, ESIC, PT, LWF calculation challan generation and remittance in monthly payroll
- Knowledge and experience in Labour Compliances
- Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
- Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Salary TDS Returns (24Q)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Knowledge and experience in Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, P Tax, LWF.
- Knowledge of salary TDS & perquisites
- Graduate/Post Graduate
