Roles and Responsibilities

• PF, ESIC, PT, LWF calculation challan generation and remittance in monthly payroll
• Knowledge and experience in Labour Compliances
• Overall responsibility for payroll processing and administration
• Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll
• Manage certain time bound processes and ensure validation of data to be accurate and truthful i.e. Investments declaration, Form 16s, Salary TDS Returns (24Q)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good spoken and written communication skills
• Knowledge and experience in Provident Fund Act, ESI Act, P Tax, LWF.
• Knowledge of salary TDS & perquisites
• Graduate/Post Graduate
