Job Description

Role Overview

The Payout Coordinator will be responsible for end-to-end coordination of payout processes involving bankers, channel partners, sales, and internal finance teams. The role requires strong communication skills, MIS ownership, and efficient resolution of payout-related issues, with potential to grow into a Program Manager role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end payout processes with bankers while looping in channel partners.
  • Ensure clear and professional email communication with all stakeholders.
  • Track and follow up on MIS reports with the Business Development team.
  • Work on in-house systems for lead tracking and dialer-related updates.
  • Conduct MIS audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team on scheme-related execution.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team for payout validation and disbursement.
  • Handle and resolve payout tickets and escalations within TAT.
  • Support process improvements and take ownership as a future Program Manager.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Good understanding of MIS, audits, and payout workflows.
  • Comfortable working with internal tools and applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills.
  • MS- Excel


Preferred Profile

  • 13 years of experience in payout coordination, operations, or program support roles.
  • Experience in fintech, banking, NBFC, or sales operations is an advantage.
