The responsibilities include activities supporting the software development lifecycle The key skill set comprises of

Excellent Domain Knowledge in Payments in at least two of following

1 Payment Engine Management

2 MT and MX ISO messages including notification statements and advice

3 Scheme SWIFT RTGS ACH and RTP

Excellent Analytical skills and experience in Business Functional Data analysis modelling and exposure to end to end payment journey

Relevant BA work experience of 815 years

Requirement clarification and analysis Clarify and analyse the business requirements and transform into IT requirements as EPICS and User stories on JIRA

Design Create the technical mapping documents

Reviews Conduct review of solution test plan and test results

Testing Support QA team to review test plan test cases and defect analysis

Support Support Business Transformation Developers QA ITPM and Architects to understand requirements and solution

Communication The resource must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Self Sufficiency Initiative Demonstrate self-sufficiency on the role combined with an initiative to resolve issues and provide solutions that attack the root cause of the problem Hands on experience with Agile projects
