Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara, Gujarat, for a Patient Relationship and Treatment Coordinator. The responsibilities include coordinating patient treatment plans, assisting in insurance and reimbursement documentation, handling patient inquiries, addressing concerns with excellent customer service skills, and ensuring seamless communication between patients and dental care providers. The role also involves educating patients about dental care procedures and preventive measures while maintaining a positive relationship with them, and ethical case conversions for increased revenue.

• Ability to handle Insurance and reimbursement processes and documentation effectively.
