This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Relation Officer, based in Pune. The Patient Relation Officer will serve as the primary point of contact for patients, ensuring their queries and concerns are resolved promptly. Responsibilities include managing patient appointments, providing information about services, maintaining patient records, assisting in admissions and discharges, and addressing patient feedback. The role also involves collaborating with the physiotherapy and wellness team to ensure optimal patient care and satisfaction.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and their families
• Proven skills in patient assistance, appointment scheduling, and record management
• Organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic knowledge of healthcare services and the ability to provide information about treatments and procedures
• Empathy, patience, and a customer-service-oriented mindset
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for managing records and appointments
• Experience in a healthcare or wellness setting is an advantage
• Fluency in English and local languages is desirable
