What You Will Do:

As Patient Care Specialist, you will serve as a crucial link between the company and our patients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Patient Engagement & Education - Conduct structured discussions, clearly explaining HexaHealths specialized services to ensure patients understand the benefits and support available

for high-acuity care.

Personalized Recommendations - Assess patient health profiles to recommend suitable specialists and hospitals, coordinating their consultation and ongoing treatment journey.

Medical Report Guidance - Review and explain patient reports confidently, using your knowledge to clarify treatment options and address patient concerns.

Continuous Patient Support - Guide patients through each stage of their healthcare process, offering empathetic support and resolving queries to ensure a positive experience.

Building Healthcare Partnerships - Develop strong connections with hospital network & doctors to deepen your expertise, allowing you to offer well-informed patient support.

Revenue & Patient Conversion Impact - Drive patient engagement effectively, contributing to conversion rates and revenue growth by supporting well-informed healthcare decisions.
