Patient Care Executive – On Site (Hospital)

MediFyr is a fast-growing healthcare facilitation company that helps patients connect with the right hospitals and doctors for consultations, treatments, second opinions, and medical travel support. We work closely with leading hospitals to ensure patients receive smooth, transparent, and timely care throughout their treatment journey.

Location: Chennai (On-site at Assigned Hospital)

MediFyr is looking for a proactive and responsible professional who will be stationed inside an allotted hospital to support patients and coordinate with hospital teams. This is a ground-level operations role focused on improving patient experience and strengthening hospital relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be present at the assigned hospital as MediFyrs on-ground representative
• Assist patients during consultation, admission, treatment coordination, and discharge
• Provide concierge support and guide patients inside the hospital
• Coordinate with hospital departments for treatment plans, cost estimates, and scheduling
• Communicate with patients through calls and messages for updates and follow-ups
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with doctors, coordinators, and hospital staff
• Identify operational gaps and help streamline patient processes

Requirements:

• Good communication and coordination skills
• Patient-centric and problem-solving approach
• Ability to build professional relationships
• Willingness to travel locally when required
• Prior experience in hospital operations / healthcare coordination / patient support preferred
• Immediate joiners and Chennai-based candidates preferred
• Must be fluent in Tamil & English (spoken)

Compensation:

Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 per month
