Role Description

• Conduct caring phone consultations to understand and address patient needs.
• Connect patients with the right healthcare professionals within our network.
• Ensure patients feel supported throughout their healthcare journey.
• Manage daily patient interactions with a focus on quality and care.
• Contribute to the patient experience by delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and efficient management of patient appointments and follow-ups
• Exceptional Phone Etiquette and ability to communicate compassionately with patients
• Experience in Care Coordination to streamline processes across departments and ensure seamless patient experiences
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology to effectively communicate and document clinical information
• Experience in Patient Care with a focus on empathy, attention to detail, and patient satisfaction
• Multitasking abilities, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or a related field is preferred but not required
• 0-2 years of experience in the same domain, freshers are welcome
