Patient Care Coordinator

Using connected glucometers and the Apollo Sugar App, the clinics ensure continuous monitoring of sugar levels and health support for patients. Expanding its reach, Apollo Sugar Clinics has introduced a smaller format under the brand Sugar Apollo Clinics for Diabetes in partnership with renowned doctors. Currently, the network includes over 90 clinics.

This full-time, on-site role is based in Bengaluru and involves providing excellent patient support and coordination services. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, liaise between patients and healthcare professionals, and ensure smooth care delivery. Key responsibilities also include addressing patients' inquiries with professionalism, supporting them with medical information, and maintaining accurate patient records to enhance the quality of care.

• Ability to efficiently manage Appointment Scheduling and display strong Phone Etiquette
• Proficiency in Care Coordination and effective communication with patients and healthcare providers
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and a commitment to delivering quality Patient Care
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Bachelors degree or relevant certification in healthcare, medical administration, or a related field is preferred
