Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Patient Care Coordinator, based in Hubli. The Patient Care Coordinator will manage scheduling patient appointments, ensure smooth care coordination, and assist in maintaining a professional and empathetic environment for patient interactions. The role includes effective communication with patients and team members, providing support to ensure a high standard of care, and using medical terminology accurately in daily tasks.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and strong Phone Etiquette
Experience in Care Coordination and managing patient needs
Solid knowledge of Medical Terminology and Patient Care practices
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work in an on-site clinical environment in Hubli
Previous experience in healthcare or patient-facing roles is an advantage
Relevant educational background in healthcare or a related field is preferred
