Location - Delhi
Qualification: Graduation (we need experienced candidate in Patent/IPR Sector)

Desired Skills and Experience: -
1-Strong technical, legal and communication skills.
2-Drafting and filing a patent application
3-Licensing of intellectual property rights (IPRs)
4-Assignment and transfer of IPRs
5-Hypothecation of IPRs, inheritance of IPRs
6-Ownership of employee inventions
7-Rights of co-owners of IPRs
8-Civil actions for infringement and enforcement of IPRs.
9-Experienced within their areas of specialty
10-Keep abreast of advances in their field of technology
11-Keep abreast of legal issues in patent law
12-FER (First Examination Report) responses, reporting and hearings
