Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Patent Agent based in Chennai. The Patent Agent will be responsible for preparing and filing patent applications, conducting in-depth patent searches, analyzing patentability, and ensuring compliance with patent laws. The role requires a detail-oriented approach to intellectual property matters and close collaboration with team members to provide strategic advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Patent Preparation, including drafting patent applications
• Experience in Patent Applications and understanding patent filing procedures
• Strong knowledge of Patent Law and Patentability concepts
• Skilled in conducting thorough Patent Searching and analysis
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Technical or scientific background relevant to patent work is an advantage
• Registration as a Patent Agent under the Indian Patent Office
