Part‑Time - Remote – Alibaba & Export Sales Assistant

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Alibaba & Export Sales Assistant based in Ahmedabad. We are an Ahmedabadbased bedsheet manufacturer company looking for a parttime, workfromhome assistant to help manage our Alibaba account and international email outreach for our bedsheet ranges.

Qualifications

• Customer Follow-Up and Order Management skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Alibaba platform operations is highly desirable
• Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
• Log in to Alibaba daily, and list new products
• Reply to basic buyer inquiries and collect required details
• Respond to relevant RFQs on Alibaba
• Send and follow up cold emails to international buyers (importers, brands, stores)
• Maintain a simple Excel/Google Sheet CRM of all leads, inquiries, followups and statuses.
• Support with basic documentation: attaching photos, preparing simple quotes

Requirements:

• Good written English and professional email etiquette.
• Comfortable with computers, Excel/Google Sheets and web platforms.
• Fast learner; prior experience in exports, ecommerce or customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.

Compensation:

• 8,00010,000 INR per month (depending on profile) + performancebased incentives after training period.

Location:

• Work from home; preference for candidates who can work long term and grow with the company.
